I've been a student of the game when it comes to trying to stay young, healthy and vibrant and one of the Author/Speakers whose work I've been really digging on lately is Pedram Shojai who just released a new book called The Urban Monk.   I've just started to work my way through it, but it seems to really be hitting the mark for what a "householder" can do to live the good life.
